Strategies for Connection and Belonging in Life Transitions
Equal parts connection enthusiast, intuition-driven explorer, I am a firm believer that life is meant to be felt (and laughed through as much as possible).
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been on a journey to find where I belong. I’ve started over from scratch in completely new cities, started jobs in new industries, and figured out how to be a single-mom in this big, wide world, learning firsthand how to build community, navigate life transitions, and create belonging from the ground up. Through all of it, I’ve realized that connection—real, deep, soul-filling connection—is what makes life feel full.
I don’t do “perfect.” In fact, I am exceptionally terrible at perfect. I believe in celebrating the messy, hilarious, sometimes awkward journey of figuring it all out. I believe that belonging isn’t something we find—it’s something we create, wherever we are. And I believe that we all need to be our own biggest fans (because, let’s be real, no one hypes you up better than you).
Life is meant to be lived, fully and unapologetically.
I’ll probably be baking something delicious, getting lost in deep conversation, or chasing an experience—maybe in the mountains by a river, maybe dancing at a concert, maybe in a little café, watching the world go by.
💛 I’ve spent years studying human connection and neuroscience—both out of curiosity and necessity.
💛 I’ve built (and rebuilt) my life multiple times, learning how to turn fresh starts into meaningful experiences.
💛 In corporate America, I led teams that thrived on connection—where people felt the impact of the community we created together.
💛 I believe in intuition, dancing for no reason, live music as a spiritual experience, and that the best moments in life happen when you let go and just be.
